PERU
from June, 7th to July, 2nd 2014
When I left Bolivia with a friend, I discovered the famous Titicaca Lake. After a quick stop in Yunguyo and in Puno, we reached the city of Cusco for the Fiesta Del Sol (Sun festival). We spent two weeks visiting Cusco and its region: the salines of Moras, the remains of Moray and Ollantaytambo, the ruins of Sacsayhuaman, the hot springs of Santa Teresa, and finally the famous Machu Picchu. Then I continued my hitchhiking world tour on my own. I saw the geoglyphs of Nazca then I stayed with a French friend in Lima. In the north, I only stopped at Trujillo and Zorritos because I had to hurry up to meet my sister in Ecuador.
